Code of Ethics Enforcement - REALTORS® are held to a strict Code of Ethics. LCAR provides ethical guidelines for members, which helps ensure high-quality service is being provided, to their clients. Ombudsman, Mediation and Arbitration programs are also available to help resolve disputes with other REALTORS®, consenting clients and customers.
LCAR & SNMMLS Committee's: Members are welcome to join a variety of committees. Committee involvement only requires a willing to serve. LCAR & SNMMLS rely on volunteers to keep our Association and MLS on the leading edge.
Communication - LCAR communicates with its members by news letters, email, text, and social media to let members know of upcoming events and deadlines.
