Realtor associations such as The Las Cruces Association of REALTORS (LCAR) is the professional organization for real estate agents. As a member, LCAR provides a variety of resources and benefits such as: 

Education & Training - Members receive discounted rates on educational and training courses offered by LCAR to help members stay current on industry trends, regulations and best practices.

REALTOR® Store - Members are welcomed to purchase business related supplies at low prices.

Facilities - Members receive discounted rental rates of the LCAR event hall & conference room, with free Wi-fi access.

Networking - LCAR membership allows you to get to know fellow REALTOR® members and meet Affiliate Members who can be beneficial for building business relationships and staying informed on latest developments.

Events - LCAR Members are invited to all LCAR functions and can be considered for any achievement award selection process.

Multiple Listing Service - LCAR members are able to join our Multiple Listing Service and receive one on one training.

Marketing - All members are featured on the LCAR website for public access.

Code of Ethics Enforcement - REALTORS® are held to a strict Code of Ethics. LCAR provides ethical guidelines for members, which helps ensure high-quality service is being provided, to their clients. Ombudsman, Mediation and Arbitration programs are also available to help resolve disputes with other REALTORS®, consenting clients and customers.

LCAR & SNMMLS Committee's: Members are welcome to join a variety of committees. Committee involvement only requires a willing to serve. LCAR & SNMMLS rely on volunteers to keep our Association and MLS on the leading edge.

Communication - LCAR communicates with its members by news letters, email, text, and social media to let members know of upcoming events and deadlines.

Industry Representation - LCAR advocates for its members on a variety of issues, such as legislation and regulations that affect the industry. LCAR also provides a unified voice for the industry in discussions with government officials, consumers and other stakeholders.
