Sherry Eichorn was licensed in the fall of 2015 and was recruited to join Exp Realty in 2019. Before becoming a Realtor, Sherry enjoyed a successful, 35-year career in education as a secondary social studies teacher, a department chair, and an administrator of several pre-kinder-8th grade schools. Her career in education began during her college years in New Haven, Connecticut and continued in the states of Maryland, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Texas, and the District of Columbia. She has a B.A. in social studies from Albertus Magnus College and an M.Ed Admin. from the University of Texas at El Paso. Her second language is Spanish.

Sherry assists prospective buyers in their quest to become home owners in the Land of Enchantment, as well as sellers who wish to obtain optimal market value on their existing homes. A lifelong educator, she realizes that sometimes people are hesitant and need encouragement to ask questions about such items as credit ratings and repair, mortgage rates, varying requirements for down payments, home inspections, and closing costs. As a member of national/international eXp Realty Sherry is committed to providing excellent service.

Sherry earned degrees and certifications in social studies, English, accounting, and special education from Albertus Magnus College, the University of Texas at El Paso, and New Mexico State University. She is an active community member in organizations such as the American Association of University Women, NAACP, National/Mesilla Valley Audubon Societies, Dona Ana County Historical Society, Las Cruces Association of Realtors, and New Mexico Association of Realtors.

Sherry has served on the following LCAR and SNMMLS committees: Community Service/Events, Education, Realtor Political Action, Legislative, MLS , and MLS Task Force. She served on both the LCAR and SNMMLS Boards of Directors in 2017 and 2018. In January 2019 she was appointed a NM RPAC Trustee, State Political Coordinator for NM State Representative Joann Ferrary, and Federal Political Coordinator for former Congresswoman Xochitl Torres Small.

In her leisure time she enjoys coin and stamp collecting, camping and hiking, watching independent movies, reading New York Times bestsellers, and traveling both nationally and internationally.
